Walkala and thirteen artists of the Artists Association Freilassing worked since last year on an interesting project: it is the creation of a series of paintings dedicated to the work "Enigma Variations" of the English neo-romantic composer Edward Elgar.
This exhibition presents the paintings dedicated to the 14 variations.
In addition, at the opening, the director Cami Schmidt will present a short film about the work of Elgar and violinist Gordon Klaus interpreted together with an ensemble of the University Mozarteum in Salzburg a movement of the String Quartet in E minor by Edward Elgar.
